1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the heropiks platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

heropiks is a multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform that enables businesses to connect their social media accounts and automate customer engagement. Business users independently authorize access to their own accounts via official OAuth flows. The Service allows connected businesses to:

• Connect and manage their own TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
• Read and respond to comments and direct messages on their accounts
• Organize and manage customer inquiries through a unified CRM dashboard
• Automate responses using AI-powered tools

3. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok's official API. Each business user independently authorizes the Service to access their own TikTok account via OAuth. We do not access any TikTok account without explicit user authorization. By using TikTok features through our platform, users also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service.

4. Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and organizations seeking to manage their customer communications. Each user is responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and the terms of connected platforms.

5. Data Usage

Data accessed via connected platform APIs (including usernames, messages, and comments) is used solely to provide the Service — responding to customer inquiries and maintaining CRM records on behalf of the authorized business user. We do not sell, trade, or transfer this data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are the property of heropiks or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, heropiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
